Dev Log


Started with adding all assets needed for the game. Afterwards started making the level. Created some materials and models where needed and created a set of first person arms that are fully rigged and ready to be animated. I also created walking Npcs using a character asset pack.

Created the dead girl fully modeled, textured, and rigged to animate.

Proceeded to get all the mechanics working such as the seeking, mannequins, elevator, and other interactions.

Finished blocking out the level and downloaded toy assets to set up a toy store.

Spent time making all sequences work which was a pain learning but is intuitive once you know how it all works.

Spent lots of time learning how to optimize better and lowered many unnecessary large textures. Made the project size from 1.4Gb to 878Mb

Title and Pause screen with downloaded font and adjustable graphics and control settings.

A save feature that at least loads you to the start of the last map you were in. Morning mall, Night mall, Chase mall.

Final bug fixes and polish to the game such as extra dialog, lighting changes, and mannequin adjustments.
